ESPN to show France and Germany Euro 2012 qualifiers

Digital Spy reports that ESPN have secured the rights to show all France and Germany's qualification games for Euro 2012 in Poland and the Ukraine. This means ESPN will show 26 Euro 2012 qualifiers.

England Under 21 game tomorrow

ESPN have bought the rights to show the England UEFA U21 Championship Qualifier vs FYR Macedonia. The game will be broadcast live tomorrow from 2:30pm on ESPN and ESPN HD.

World Cup Qualifier on ESPN

On September 5th, Denmark v Portugal will be broadcast live on ESPN (and ESPN HD), one of a number of World Cup Qualifier's being played on the same day, most of which are being shown on Sky Sports.

ESPN fighting for Scotland World Cup Qualifier

ESPN is facing opposition from Sky and the BBC for the rights to show Scotland's important World Cup Qualifier against Norway, on August 12th. The game was originally to be broadcast by Setanta Sports, but since Setanta went into administration, competition is fierce for picking up their rights.

Confirmation will come next week as to who will be showing the game, and it has been confirmed that it will be shown live.
